He gently grips a little hair and very gently tugs back, just enough to pull Zpher's head back slightly, then he leaned in to whisper in his ear with a low, seductive tone,*
"Are you sure you dont want it pulled?"

Zypher: ...? Atrata pulls my hair enough... and i occassionaly step on it... so i'd rather not have it pulled... *immune to that tone for th most part*

He couldnt help what he wanted to do, he took the ribbon off his horn and slid the bell off and tucked it into his pocket. he put the ribbon in his mouth so his hands could remain free.
He stroked out Zypher's hair out and about 2 feet off the back of his neck, he parted it into 3 parts and began to braid it. All the while having a big grin on his face.

He cntinues to braid untill he reaches the end. He takes the black ribbon and ties a cute little bow to hold it all together.
"There, all done"
