Description
This was done in Paint, i was in south Mexico, and i forgot my Laptop.But luckily i still had my Tablet and i used my Cousin's Computer to draw this (unfortunely she has no Photoshop or any other Art program, so i used paint)
Arlecchimon is the Digivolution of Harlemon, later he Digivolves to Bufanusmon and then to Jesterbumon.

When the design is meant to be a villain, yes it has to be intimidating, unless you want to surprise the readers.

Although when using Paint, my suggestion is that you save it as a .PNG because otherwise it gives you a bunch of unwanted pixels flying around everywhere. D:

Yeah, I made that mistake for years until a friend of mine told me. I could never go back and edit it because 9000 unwanted pixels flooded my picture. Dx

Using .png became really useful when I was back in my base-editing stage before I had a tablet or scanner or camera.
