    You pause, looking at the monthly report. You couldn't understand why you were going through with this. Asking your superiors for access to 049's containment cell was like asking for gas to put out a fire. You sigh, hitting the backspace.

      Notes:   Request permission to enter 049's containment cell. Need two (2)
                class D personnel, and two (2) armed guards as a precaution.

  Hitting the enter button, you sit back in your chair. You were tired of sitting on the sidelines, watching as class D's were sent in, only so you could write reports like that. In your lab, you had everything you needed, including an intercom to 049's cell.

" Doctor (L/n), there's something I think you need to see."

   You jump as one of the armed guards speak, forgetting you always had one in the lab, and one in the cell. It was against protocol, but you knew that it was safe either way. Looking up, he motions for you to follow. Luckily, you only had to walk about three meters to the observing room. Upon entering, you see something that you would add to your notes later. 049 was talking to the armed guard, but his conversation confused you.

" How do you know of her?" The guards question was reserved.

" You refuse to speak of this Doctor?"

" That information is classified."

   049 stops speaking, turning to face the observatory. You felt as if his gaze could see into your soul, and it made you shiver. You wanted to turn away, to walk out, but you knew you couldn't. A disgruntled sound escapes your lips, voicing your surprise. Scribbling on your notepad, you hand a note to the guard next to you.

      ' Get me into that cell! '

"I'm sorry, ma'am, I need permission from higher up." He says, shaking his head.

   You growl in disapproval, knowing very damn well that the would never allow you in. The worst of it was that you couldn't speak, meaning you couldn't raise argument about it. Knowing it would be best to wait, you let it go. (let it go! let it go!) Looking back into the cell, you saw 049 still staring at you, but this time he was being lead by the iron collar around his neck. You jump at the sound of the cell door's opening, then closing, as the guard leads 049 out. You know where they're going, they're going back to 049's designated containment cell. The guard stops to fill you in on 049's behavior under observation, also to wait for the other guard to accompany them back.
        While the guard filled you in, you found your eyes wandering over to 049, finally able to see him face to face. The last doctor that had this post was promoted, and warned you not to get close to 049. Being your first month, you were naturally curious, but you knew this was beyond curiosity, but you didn't know what it was.

"Doctor (Y/n) (L/n)? Oh, right. Apologies, we should have had this thing in it's cell a while ago."

  You scribble madly on your notepad.

      '049 is not an 'it' , but rather a 'he'. '

   After reading it, both guards give you a weird look, resuming their job of escorting 049 back to his containment cell. Curious, you follow them, wanting to know what was on the other side of the big secured doors. Getting as far as the door, one of the guards stop you.

"I'm sorry, ma'am, but this is as far you can go."

   You shoot him a glare, still upset about earlier, but nod, retreating back to your lab.

      'Why? All I want is to speak with 049. Is there something wrong with that?'

   You sigh, shaking your head, walking over to your pile of notes. Picking up a pen, you scribble down today's event's, making note of the way 049 had looked at you. Glancing at your monitor, you noticed it was on, and face directly into 049's cell. You could feel a chill running up your spine. You talked to everybody who knew about 049, and they told you that he scared them, even if it was just a described image. But for some reason, he didn't scare you, instead, he sparked your interest.

     'Maybe I just need a break. Maybe. Just maybe.'

You turn to the door with the intention of heading to the cafeteria, but instead you found yourself face to face with the door to 049's observing cell. The cleaning crew had just arrived, and they were talking about some new protocol that had been added to the rules or something. One of the crew saw you, and came up to you.

"Ma'am, I don't think you should be here."

   You flash your badge and begin to scribble on your notepad.

      'I just need a look at everything. It all goes in my report.'

   He nods, letting you through. Walking around, you notice something you're sure that was never mentioned before. An muscle was left on the ground, more specifically a tounge. Putting on gloves, you reach to pick it up, only to have your pager go off. Reading your page, you pick up the tounge, putting it in a jar, with a note saying to leave it in your lab. You quickly head over to the elevator, then make your way through the maze of offices. Stopping in front of a door, you knock, hearing a man's voice behind it, calling you in.
