I can't remember the last time I was compelled to draw fanart of a show I only started watching - but here we are!I broke my 'no zombie' show rule today (zombies are usually my least fave horror monster, they scare the bejeezus out of me) and can now safely say iZombie is a great show so far - two episodes was plenty to get me on board!
I don't even know why but after watching it this morning I just knew I had to draw Liv & Blaine, my new zombie babies - I was just going to do a sketch but then somehow nine or ten hours passed annnnnd here I am... Oops

I agree with you. Zombies are scary, and by nature, gross. BUT, this show, which i found by a happy accident, is actually pretty cool. ItΒ puts a new spin on being a zombie.

Ahaha we're right on the same page! Normally I avoid zombie based media like the plague (*coughzombieplaguecough*) but this show is so darn cool! I am loving this twist on the genre

People seem to make zombies out to be these super scary creatures. Its more the physical appearance that gets me. So to see one who is NOT deteriorating, but functioning like a normal person, minus the blood thirst, makes her cool in my book. Even better, there is a villain, who is making an army of undead. I hope the show lasts past the first season.
