A Raikou anthro? Hmmm interesting.
Well it's really hard to try to turn a raikou into a sexy gal... particularly cause the original one looks bit like a chinese "Pau" with a moustache.....

But after a few hours I'd managed to pull of something

It appears that there's 3 guardians like Aura, each guarding a legendary sword.

Aura is the "Guardian of the Northwind"
Raye is the "Guardian of Thunder"
and Enna is the "Guardian of Earthfire"

Like Aura, Raye has a legendary sword, though hers is, unsurprisingly, charged with lightning, allowing the user unparalleled reflexes and various electrical fun.
Like Aura, Raye keeps her sword as a hairpin. though hers is in the shape of a thunderbolt.

Unlike Aura however, Raye is proficient in using her weapon. Though like Aura, she only uses it when backed against the wall.

Personality

She's charming, cute, cuddly and well, quite friendly. Somewhat like Aura in a way? but not really obcessive.

Guardian relationships

It is interesting to note that Raye is a strict Lesbian (sorry guyz ). She has absol-utely no interest in guys. Though, like aura, she does flirt a bit when she notices anyone take interest in her.... I guess it's for kicks.

Another interesting note is that Raye has a crush on Aura, and Aura is strictly STRAIGHT . Raye knows that and accepts that Aura would never love her, but as Aura's so sexy and so sweet, she can't really resist it anyway. Aura does flirt along too, as they're very close friends... much to Raye's delight.

Although the casual observer may think that Raye and Aura are a pair, as they DO hug and cuddle each other in public, but that seems to just be a way that the guardians greet each other. Especially as they usually wander far and wide alone, old company is very welcome. Aura has absol-utely no interest in Raye. She's interested in a certain lucario.....

She has had more success with getting close with Enna.

Also rumoured to have some relationship with a ponyta....

yay, linear-love-line wonder how that works.

Raye likes Aura, Aura Likes Rone, Rone just wants to be alone.....

ANyway you know I'm drawing a new character or testing new styles if I draw them in this particular facing and pose in a bikini.
Cause it's the easiest facing and pose... to test new styles in.

New styles: Raikou, also tried a 4-layer shading with two layers of highlights.... not sure if that looks any different from normal.
