This is stunning my dear! I love, love loooove the blue in the hair and how you captured it. Like, with the shine effect and all that jazz. There's something about it that pulls a 'lil more sass with this, and you drew the character very well. I love her pose, and the background, though simple, works as not to distract from her.
I also really like the small line-detail you put into the clothes, to show the wrinkles or worn-outness. I have never been good at that. xD Props to you!
