This time it's Tuxedo Mask... again no resemblance whatsoever OTL
I swear the last time I watched Sailor Moon was pre-puberty and I didn't realize how handsome this guy is. Plus maybe because I didn't read the manga.
... I just realized that his bow tie is actually white >_<
