If you couldn't tell, I'm a pretty darn nostalgic person, so as I was re-watching some old episodes of Inspector Gadget, (one of my childhood favorites), I got the bright idea to draw a picture. Unfortunately, I've never actually drawn this man before, and it didn't turn out too well.
