Hey!I'm afraid I haven't been here on DA for quite some time. I've checked some recent notes I received, but there are some older ones, looks like it's to late to respond to these. I'm sory that it happened. I'm going to check my notes more often now, so that it didn't happen again.

The lighting! My goodness! If I could light a piece just a tad similar to your lighting, I would be a happy artist! This is so intriguing. Brings to mind some of the Masonic buildings, with their ties to the Palace of Solomon. But, then, there's this steampunk-ish element! Wow! Only someone like you could pull that off! This is marvelous!

It's a beautiful, wondrous and captivating scene. The castle and tower look lovely enough on their own with such nice architectural flair, but then with the old-timey industrial (Steampunk-ish?) additions. The inhabitants clearly put in a lot of effort and are keeping quite busy. I love the mood of the place too, with the lights under the working tents and also from a few places around the buildings as twilight quickly rolls in, making for a gorgeous half-starry sky while retaining traces of the day's beauty throughout the vast distances. You did an awesome job on all of the details, and the lighting all around creates a quiet yet lively mood that's quite charming. It's neat to see everyone so busy in the distance, and the horses gathering at the water's edge are cute. It's a neat and happy scene. Thanks for sharing.
