Yep, I don't know why I made this My first tutorial

Step 1 & 2: Draw the eye, add new layer for lineart
Step 3: Add new layer under the lineart layer, fill it in
Step 4: Add new layer, clip. Darken the base color, blend
Step 5: Same as step 4, except darker
Step 6: Add new layer, Using the same color, make a oval/circle
Step 7: Add new layer, use the OPPOSITE color, use luminosity and change opacity depending on the color
Step 8: Add new layer, do somewhat the same
Step 9: Add sparkles/dots (optional: add the opposite color to make it pop out more)
Step 10: Add new layer, Overlay (use dark/light colors to make it look "better")
Step 11: Recolor the lineart

I tried to make it VERY simple for both info you can see, so I didn't even care about grammar.
Yes, I do make a lot of layers since I love to color eyes

I'm not use if it works for other paint programs, all I know that this works on Paint Tool Sai
