Well, I don't know about awesome. I am certainly not a professional dresser. I will try though.
For starters, I do like you as you are in that shot, but if you are looking for a bit more pizazz in the hair department, perhaps I can come up with something. I know more about dressing someone than doing their hair, but I would say since the dress has quite a bit of red in it, and if you are up to it, perhaps going a shade of red in your hair would match your hair more with the dress. I am not saying go full out red head, but more of a strawberry blonde. That is if you want to go that far.
For the style, you could go with more of a wavy hair style since your hair is very straight...like this:

Since that dress shows off your shoulders, you might want to get your hair off them. Going with an updo would be a good idea if you want a shorter looking hairstyle but don't want to cut your hair. BUT you have to be careful with updos as they can make you look unnecessarily older. But it depends on the style. I have to dig a bit deeper here to see if there is something I like.
Well...I also figured that since you look quite a bit like Shawnee Smith, I figured I would check out some of her hair styles. She has her hair both straight and wavy, but the funniest thing is that and there is one where she really rocks her straight hair. Check this out:

If you go with extensions you might even want to try a hair to one side look. These are very modern and youthful looking AND it gets your hair off one shoulder. This style is a good idea, using a partial braid to one side:

I like the wispy style to this and even the color...if it was only a bit less 'messy' looking and was more wispy looking. I like the brooch in the hair too. You could go with a darker color brooch to work with the dress more.
Are you looking for something more exotic? You could go with a fishtail braid, BUT this does require extensions as you need quite a bit of hair to play with. Here are some examples:

You can't go wrong with a braid, BUT as I said, you do need copious amounts of hair for that.

Well, those are some ideas. But if you gave me some guidelines to work with then perhaps I can narrow it down. For example, 'No, a braid is out as I do not want to wear extensions. No, I will not cut my hair. No, I will not dye my hair."
Are you going to do this alone? A friend is going to help? Or are you going to have a professional hair dresser do it for you? If it is the latter then we would have to come up with something really quick.
Let me know if there is something in particular that grabs you and we can work from there. Also let me know if you are going to go with some kind of ornament or decoration in your hair such as brooch, flower, a circlet. But this would be more appropriately matched to whatever other jewellery you are going to wear, such as a necklace.
Right now I am tossing out a bunch of ideas that would work, but you ultimately choose what appeals to you.

I didn't know how far you were willing to go. But that does simplify things, by removing a step. Any of those styles you particularly like? Just keep in mind, most of the braided styles you might need longer hair for and given you only have a couple days, I don't think you are going to do extensions, right?

For some reason, I am gravitating towards this style for you because it is modern and edgy and it reflects the dress. Also like I said, it gets all your hair to one side so you are showing off the opposing side's neckline and shoulder. Having it wavy like that adds interest and style. If you, or someone know are good with a curling iron, you probably wouldn't even need to see a hair dresser. You could also put a hair clip or brooch on the side of head where the hair runs down and like I said, that brooch (or other ornament), should complement a necklace if you choose to wear one.

I do like the one sided look, but yes, going wavy like that was one of my first suggestions. The curls on the last one look overdone. I like the middle one the best...also with the floral crown.
If you use enough gel or hair spray then yeah, it should hold for the day easily and touch up should be easy. But even the one sided style should be easy to maintain through the day. But don't base your decision on that, go by what you like the best. As I said, the one side look is more modern and edgy...a more youthful look.
But going wavy was my initial suggestion and that will work fine too. For the middle picture, you probably have to go with wide curlers to set that and then of course a gel or hair spray to hold it. But obviously when it comes to setting do get someone to help you.
I think either style would look good on you. I offered many suggestions in my first response, to give you more of a choice. But yes, that middle picture would probably look the best on you since your hair is about that length too.

hmmm..well I actually have two..one Im the CEO of it and it works with transports and another in wich I am associated with my cousin,my uncle and my father(its a family business that in the future will be mine and my cousin's) it's about the family's ranch...we have farm animals that we raise and sell(the animals or the their products like milk, eggs,meat and so on) and also exotic animals for sell and also an orchard and corn fields from which we either feed the animals with ,or sell them or make drinks like wine and other traditional drinks which we also sell.....right now I only work with contracts that need to be signed...(my dad,uncle and the employs do all the hard stuff) but in the future after I finish college ..I wanna start taking care of the animals especially the little one and the horse and pony...
