History:
Due to being the middle child of the Flare family, Neva was made to follow the same footsteps as his brother and parents went to, becoming a meister. Of course, at first, Neva wasn't interested in becoming a meister when he was young. Honestly, he prefered to be a normal kid with a normal life, but he knew that it wasn't going to happen for him. So that's when he decided that for once at the age of 14, instead of staying at home all day, he decided to head out on his own, to see the world around him. But when he did of course, he ended up getting lost, not knowing where to go or what to do. So as night fell, he was practically terrified. But it wasn't until he started to notice something, instead of beling lost in the dark in some stray road, he was somehow able to see like it was still day...but night time. But of course, he would start to head back home until a kishin suddenly found him and started to chase and attack him. But he was suddenly saved by a meister and weapon. He didn't know their names, but he then relazied, if becoming a meister means to help other in trouble, then maybe he should do that as well. So that's when Neva decided to go back him to train a few years before applying to the DMWAS, so he can put his own skills to the test.

-As you can see...he likes bunnys...like a lot
-He also seems to like the color ice blue...alot
-He loves listening to Music, especially Kpop
-He's part Korean/American, I guess the fashion sense he picks up helps show that in a sense
-If you have ice cream, he would love you....especially bubblegum icecream
-This guy is willing to try any weapon out really, as long as the weapon works along with him and such; but on the contrary, he would want a weapon that isn't heavy and such, as long as he can lift them from the ground of course
