Yes. I uploaded it into DA instead of a photo site and then hit the download link and took the url from there to paste onto the CSS. And it worked!
The one with him smoking or the verus one? You can ask fey to sort of crop the one with him smoking and the verus and make it into one pic or something so that you can turn it into a header. 
But you have to ask Fey since I'm not the one making CSS stuff and I have no idea how.
