I haven't watched a single episode of the anime nor read the manga yet but I will. Soon.These two boys are hilarious from what I've seen on several clips.
I got their heights wrong. And there are anatomical errors as always. So apologies for those. And the sketchiness of my pencils. And the lack of background... Orz
I hope the dialogue there isn't so out of character.
That aside... I hope you like it

Yes. I've watched Gintama up to about episode 60 something. I'm still trying to watch the rest when I have time. I've seen that 2-episodes in the 100+ eps that was just Hijikata and Okita trapped in a room and made to 'kill' each other. It was so much fun.
Toushiro is my favorite guy. He's a lot of fun to draw. I made a muro of him a few months back. So, I might draw them again sometime.

I have started watching Gintama sometime ago and I'm now in episode 40+. I've managed to watch the HijiOki centric 2part eps though about them being trapped in a room chained together. Totally cracked me up so much.
I'm with you there on this pair. They're just so much fun!

I think it has the most HijiOki in it except for episode 86-87 and that's all up to interpretation. Just wait till you see those episodes...it looks like most people either hate it or love it.XD Because when Gintama gets serious, it's very scary.

When I get a bit more time, I'll probably end up some more fanarts of them. I love drawing Toshi. haha. I made one of him in muro [link] some time ago.
I actually love the rare serious episodes with sprinkles of crack. It just make everything all the more interesting.
