I already know this painting a long time now, but I haven't faved it yet, because.. No honestly, I don't know why this isn't in my favs yet. The athmosphere and the colours are beautiful.

Holy crap that's amazing and gorgeous and I want to hug it ^_^ It kinda reminds me of Artificial Intelligence, after he gets trapped underwater and then is dug up and everyone's dead.

I know EXACTLY what this is. He is the baby version of the Iron Giant, and the reason the city is blown up is because somebody shot at him, and... well... you know the rest...

That robot is adorable. I can't decide if he looks sad, lonely, curious, or some mix of the three.
Despite all the dark, cool colours and foreboding atmosphere, what with the fog and all, he brings something very human to his environment.

He thinking: I was like this little funny bird in a previous life... Now, I destroyed everything around and in myself. But I'm crying for a resurection. And my eyes become...like gold. Because I'm not alone enymore but with myself...flying!

At first glance it seems that man has destroyed himself and the planet leaving only this lost and forlorn little robot.........but................what you do not realise is..........the little robot was the one who detonated the weapon of mass destruction so he could be free of his human masters. 'evil chuckles'.
