Cronus looked at the clipping one more time.
"Well, this has gotta be it..."
He stared up at the large hive-ment complex. Hive-ments are like apartments for trolls, they were not common like apartments on earth were, for everyone had a hive. But if you wanted to room-up with someone, or trolls were lonely they could live in an hive-ment with another troll, mostly popular with trolls going to school and younger trolls who's lusus' have died. Cronus walked up to the door for the whole complex and rang the buzzer for hive-ment 96 and was surprised to hear a female voice over the speaker on the buzzer.

"Hello?"

"Uhh, hey, I'm here because I savw your ad in the paper?"

There was a brief pause.
"Ah yes, you must be Cro-nus, please, come in."

There was a loud buzzing sound that took Cronus by surprise, but he opened up the door and walked into the large building. He took an elevator to the ninth floor and walked down the hallway until he came across door #96. He knocked and then put his hands in his pockets. The door swung open to a short-stature troll with nubby horns, red sweater and hair in a sloppy, but cute braid.

"Cronus Ampora I presume?"

Cronus couldn't help but stare at the cute troll.
"Uhh, y-yea, That's me."

She nodded and held the door open for him.
"I'm Kankri Vantas, welcome."

Cronus walked in and stood in the middle of a tidy room before he sat on a gray colored couch. Kankri walked into the kitchen and came back with a tray with tea, and dainty-looking cookies. She set it down on a clear, glass topped coffee table and sat on the opposite side of the couch form Cronus. She was pouring the tea as she began to spoke.

"So, Mr.Ampora, there are a few rules here, but first, anything you would like to say?"
She handed him a porcelain tea cup with a almond-colored tea inside of it.

"Uhmm, I guess just that I'm lookin' for a roomie to bunk wvith."

Kankri kept a straight face while she stirred her tea.
"Well, okay I think I understand you, and you are off to a good start, I'm not triggered."
She sipped her tea.
"Most trolls who've come and I've interviewed have triggered me with their profound language or rude actions."

Cronus nodded and took a swig of his tea, not very fond of the flavor. He coughed and set it down back on the tray.

Kankri looked Cronus in the eyes.
"So, like I stated before, there are some rules. You need to pay rent either before or on the date, never late. I will not, I repeat, will not have a dirty shared living quarters. And finally, if you wish to have any guests in this hive-ment,you must clear the date and the person with me first. Does this meet up to your standards?"

Cronus looked at the cute troll in surprise, most trolls he's met were so laid back, but, he liked that. He nodded and looked at Kankri with a sloppy, but cute grin.
"Sure doll, this is pretty nice out of the others I'vwe been to."

Kankri looked somewhat annoyed.
"If you would like to stay here, I would prefer it if you do not call me 'Doll'."
When she said doll, she did quotes with her hands.

Cronus put one of his hands on the back of his neck.
"Ah, sorry Ms. WVantas"

Kankri smiled, pretty brightly for her, but normal for any other troll.
"While I appreciate the chivalry, please, call me Kankri. Now do you have any other questions?"

Cronus smiled softly, glad at how easy and well this was turning out to be.
"No, not really."

Kankri smiled calmly.
"Then I believe that is it. You may move in today until 20:00, or tomorrow form 9:00 to 20:00."

Cronus smiled happily and stuck his hand out to shake.
"Thanks Kankri"

Kankri seemed agitated, her eyebrows furrowed.
"I do not do touching."

Cronus pulled his hand back reluctant and awkwardly.
"S-sorry."

Kankri nodded, the agitation fading from her face, and a soft sigh escaping her mouth.
"That's quite alright, just beware of triggers of others. Triggers include but likely will not be limited to class oppression, culling culture and violence against grubs, lusus abuse, complementary and analogous hate speech, pail filling, slurries and other concupiscent fluids, lifespan shaming, ablest slurs, prolix dissertation, and touching. There are more, but I am hoping you can figure it all out before you move in completely."

Cronus chuckled awkwardly, itching the back of his neck.
"A-alright, I got it, I think I'll start mowving in today, and see if I can keep it to just today."

Kankri nodded and stood up, grabbing the silver tray with both tea glasses.
"Well this has been grand, I hope to see you again soon Mr. Ampora, and here is your key for when you would like to come back in."
She handed him two keys, each neatly labeled "Hive-ment #96" and "6uilding"

Cronus took them and stood up as well, a toothy smile playing in his face.
"Thanks, I'll come back soon, I don't have much, and please, call me Cronus."
