Again, from Dragonball Z Legendary Super Warriors, or whatever it's called
I kept (Final Form) Frieza exactly the same, seeing as he's only white and purple anyway.
Originally, Perfect Cell here was only green and white with black lines, so I spruced him up, seeing as he has all these yellow and purple accents on the show.

That could be cool! I could actually build the separate Sprites and Photoshop them together as one pic. I could even have Mega Man in Goku's orange and blue colors using a copied Kamehameha blast, or some other attack.
