you have to use the Grab application. I know that Macs should have a more convenient way but try going to Mac Help and type in Grab Screen in the search and follow the instructions..hope that helps

On your keyboard there is a nice key called "Print screen" or "prnt scr" and after taking a screenshot you can paste the picture in any graficsoftware like photoshop or Paint ...
That should do ^^
