First of all, let me say that I love your work, it looks great! I love the diagonal cut of the picture, it helps making more interesting and catching the attention of the viewer and the light effects you added emphatize it as well. I like your painting style a lot, you may not go overboard with gradients and shadows, but you still manage to make the figure look three-dymensional and easy to read! Moreover I think it's suited for the style the character here was drawn here. I really like the way you mix and blend the colours, you make it look like the colours are made of physical paint by how "mushy" they look!
I don't have much to point out that needs improvement, sure there are some things that could need some practice, but it is overall very good. The way you did the neck bothers me a little, not because it's too thin, but because you made it curve inward too much! It should look straighter.
While I mention I like your painting style, I think your usual isn't really suited to do blood, the way you did it here doesn't make it look like splats of a liquid, I suggest you to vary the shape and thickness of the stains more and add some smudges here and there, instead of just varying the opacity!

At first, I thought Sally was a girl because of the pigtails.
Then I thought Sally was a guy because of the body.
Finally, I called myself a sexist bastard because I've linked pigtails to be a stereotypical girl thing and that no guys wear it.

I noted that Sally didn't have boobs and was talking much in a guy-kind-of-fashion. I dunno, there is simply a slight difference to me in how females versus males word themselves... Often, not all the time and with everybody.

Hmm.. For the third chapter, I don't think we will be playing Sally Face- instead another person from the past, because we only got a shaving of the truth. Or we could play as a ghost (because the little girl at the toilet said that there are more people that humans cannot see). Plus, Sally's movements and actions will be too restricted, due to the fact that he's currently in court.
But I might be wrong.. lool
