Description Before you say it... actually you don't need to say it >.< I am terrible at drawing the male gender. A blind monkey would do a better job than I would.. I know T_T I KNOW!!!! Hrm.. But I wanted to give my hand a try at new things. I was kind of excited at Lithe getting together with Tilslen, ~PyrosMerra 's character. I was going to wait for the reference picture but I just got too excited !! Anyways I used this reference picture [link] of him as a baby to create my interpretation of him grown up ^^ I hope I didn't muss it up too much Merra!!! ; I hand drew all the scales except the furthest coils because they would become more indistinct as they got further away..
Sorry another deadbeat background I know Lithe looks different too. I rarely can make things similar enough to look the same.. Plus there were things I wanted to change slightly especially with her soft demeanor in this picture ^^ Anyways time for bed I feel fried out..

I have the same darn problem with guys. Girls are just... easier to draw. But I think you did really well on the face. And shoulders. The only area that might need a little more practice is the chest, though I'm sure you would've been fine with a reference.
But what I actually like best is Lithe's scales.
They're just wow. Big <3 there.

aww! no one would chew yas out. If they did , they would answer to me and Amethyst! -=flexes muscle=- lol. It takes a lot of practice. It took me forever and ever to be able to draw a guy. I am still learning so much. But after lots of practice, it comes as natural as drawing females. ^_^ Just keep up the outstanding work

I don't think I draw it too well.. I wish I could create males slightly more um delicate or something o.o;; Just gotta practice ^^ Coloring helps build where I lack in the line art XD

the males face kinda reminds me of the face style Wendy Pinni uses in Elfquest. you didn't do too bad at the male. the foreamr is a little pop eyeish but i mean other than that i like the compostiion and colouring. It's a very sensual piece

I just wanted him to be definitely male >.< I have the awful tendency to make guys just a flat box man with stick arms and legs and hips.. with sometimes a kind of girly face.. It is really really scary.. So this time I popeyed him out XD Thanks ^^ And thanks for such constructive critism..
