Kyle was very young, he wasn’t a villain, but he was a thief. He was doing it to help him survive, but people didn’t understand his pain. He tried begging, but Kyle had no luck. One of the guards at one point caught him trying to steal from a person. “HEY, YOU!!” The guard hollered “WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU ARE DOING KID?!” Kyle ran away in sheer terror trying to get out of the guards line of sight. However, when he turned he bumped into the princess of the District. “Are you okay?” She asked before three guards found them.“My lady, please step aside.” He barked, hoping the princess would move. “Why, what is the meaning of this?” She asks furiously. “My lady, he was trying to steal and ran away when I caught him. And now he must be punished by the law.” He responded. The princess turns to Kyle and asks “ Is this true?” “Yes your highness, it’s true. But I have reasons have my actions.” He responded. “It matters not, you will be punished by law. So…” The guard stopped mid-sentence when the princess raised her hand. “What is that reason then Mr…” “Kyle, and I steal to help survive. I have no place to call home, no family left alive to go to. So I steal to sell items and buy food and drink from the river.”
The princess then extended her hand and said “Let me take you home, no poor soul should have to steal to survive.” “Thank you, my lady. I will never forget this generous act.” Kyle said. They went to the castle in search of the king. But when they found him, he was arguing with someone else. “We need to find a way to get them away from our lands long enough to recover from the constant attacks.” The king said. The other kings started giving ideas ‘Seek healing ailments from the elves.” One said. As the kings argued, Kyle got fed up with the noise. “DEAR GOD, ALL OF YOU SILENCE!!!” They all quickly quieted down. But an older looking king stood and said “What makes you think you get the right to silence us boy?” “Because I know none of these childish ideas will work. So, if you don’t want your head to wind up on a pike, you will listen to me.”
The King then put his hands together and said “Alright then, how do you supposed we fix this problem?”” Kyle thought for a moment and then came with an idea. “We have problems with crops when storms hit. They drown due to our river overflowing, but if we create a division, splitting our river into two. Not only will we provide water for them, but the water level of our river would go down far enough to prevent our crops dying from the river overflowing.” The King loved the Idea, and ordered everyone else to get teams ready to build the division. Once it was built, the river level was lowered and a new river was made for the attacking kingdom. The king allowed Kyle to live in the castle and became his young, yet personal advisor. When he got older, the king allowed Kyle to marry the princess.
