Description
| Name: Haumea | Type: Dwarf Planet | Class: Common | Element: Rock |Celestial Beings are the true forms of the orbs we see from earth. They're close to being gods, as some of them have the power to cultivate life. A Celestial Being has no gender, sexuality, or need to reproduce, but most retain a need to socialize, or at very least, keep together in groups as they float across an endless void. There can be all types of Celestial beings, as the only definition of them is their ability to float organically in space.
The "Dwarf Planet" type of Celestial Being are comparable to the status of Common Folk. While they are not low enough to act as servants in the universe, they tread the fine line between Planet and Moon, they have a big enough mass usually to be round and may own a territory if they can, though some are destined to wander aimlessly through other's spaces. They can hold their own but are otherwise very tiny individuals that are a symbol of a system's stability in being able to support them without much conflict. Not all dwarf planets are recognized by the system and while the Star may recruit large planets, Dwarf Planets are drawn to join systems that can support them and their fragile existance of their own accord.
Haumea is a strange dwarf planet indeed. By its camouflage it appears as a warped oval, due to its width axis having twice the force as its height axis. Though no one quite knows the story behind Haumea, the dwarf was initially killed by a parasite that proceeded to hollow out its body and control it much like a docile zombie. To the eye Haumea appears to be sleeping, with only its third dead eye peering about, it can speak but makes about as much sense as someone would while mumbling in their sleep. Like a hermit crab the parasite manifests itself through space dust and keeps its hands outside the entrance to its shell, it appears to be sentient, but relatively unpredictable and savage in nature. It is unknown if the real Haumea is still alive somewhere inside the brainwashed chaos of the parasite's hold.
