I think i should at least explain a little about this one
...Hemisphere asked me to draw one of his character concept.
His name is really "Miscellanous Dragon", and he has "the ability to increase his body and muscles to unlimited size and power". I was asked to draw it while he was transforming.
Personally, the part with the shorts is not that impressive (i'm not used to draw ripped clothes...), but I think the rest is okay.

The muscles are a little bit overkill in my opinion. But I know Hemisphere, he seems to like it that way.
