Was there some sort of pattern that she went off of? And was it really difficult for her?
Did she wax or shave off her eyebrows? Or did she do something else to hide them?

It was just a cloak pattern and she made a pattern for the rest of the cosplay; most difficult was probably the vest piece.
Eyebrows are hidden by a make up technique.
