Brilliant Black with Contrast! As for likeness, with the big eyes and crazy black hair I thought it might have been helen boham carter at first, but the child sized panties did help me to put two and two together.

Looks like there's a bit of texture to be had on this one. Did you draw it on any special paper or was that an effect of the pens?
