Meet Onegai Shimasu (which literally translate to Please in the sense of a request.) She was born in the slums of the Fire Nation and worked in a tea house making next to nothing. When a low level Kibuki actor came in one day she seized the oppertunity, slept with him and got him to take her back to his play house. From there she slowly slept her way to the top, becoming the mistress of a powerful Fire Nation General. One day she has a "chance" meeting with the Fire Lord. Struck by her beautiful pale skin and jet black hair, he instantly claims her as his own and makes her the highest ranking member of his concubines, The Phoenix Courtesan. As the Phoeniz Courtesan, Onegai has all the other concubines waiting on her, along with her own private wing in the massive palace. She is also given as a gift to visiting dignitaries and high ranking army officers.
Wait, that sounds intirely too enjoyable to read? Where's the sickening perfection? Well, here it is. Onegai is Zuko and Azula's real mother! Yes, she bore the Fire Lord children when his own wife could not. She adored Azula and taught the girl to be as ruthless as she is, but shunned Zuko because she has a very low opinion of men. She taught Azula everything she knows about Fire and Lightning bending too, being as Onegai is a master of both arts.
So, Mary-Sue ish enough for ya?

But...I was just commenting to let you know that.....well - I mean i commented cause the picture is nice but also....[uber bad with words]
Well, I just noticed you entered the contest and I'm planning to enter too. That is, I drew my sketch like 3 weeks ago [my char was a concept for another char of mine, but i changed her stats/personality for the sue contest] and I just saw your entry like a day ago and I realised that my char's outfit is similar to your person's. I was literally like 'oh shit' because i didnt want you to get mad thinking that I ripped you off [and i didnt, i swear on the script of Avatar XD] so i tried to alter my outfit as much as a could but still hold her um...well....exoticness in her outfit. The only things that are real similar are the cleavage area and the sleeves. I really have no idea how it came so similar to your....I must have like ESP or something 
But please forgive me *on the floor*. I'd get mad if i thought someone stole my idea for something so I just wanted to clear things before you fumed at me. I don't like fellow artists mad at me

lol, well, the contest is judge on originality of the character, not the artwork. So everyone stands a fair chance. I like that.
And bah, it's Avatar, they're all wearing the same styke of clothes anyway. It's hard not to have some similarities between costumes. It's really no biggie to me. Though it's nice to see that you thought to warn me, that was nice.

I'm glad you're ok with it ^^ And i did notice the lack of fashion changes in avatar [it's probably like that Pokemon thing where all the cops and nurses were exactly the same since there would be soooo many and the animators were too lazy to create that many people - hence why i stopped watching at ep 8], but still....
If you want to see my entry, it's already on the journal thing-a-ma-bob....and after the contest is over, I will place a stamp on her face reading 'Smelly Hobag' ....just because she's a sue and just because i can. >D

Well, Bane could walk on his knees instead of his feet. That would make him shorter, though probably still really tall. Or we could give Surya platform shoes so he doesn't seem so short in compairison.
