General:
Athena is arguably the most important APEX among the entire group. Her ability to communicate and calm down the more aggressive APEX's has saved the Silvitions skin more then once, including the poor residents of Iron Sparta. Her grace is only topped by her deadly accuracy in the midst of battle. To everyones surprise, Athena makes for a deadly killer, only needing a single good strike to make a kill with her sharp talons. The science of her unique skills arent exactly understood, therefor we have to combine our knowledge of the animal kingdom to put the pieces together. Its practically a miracle the things she can do. Its pleasant to know she has no aggression towards us lesser organisms.

Locations:
Athena truly is pushing the limits of mystical and scientific, able to vanish out of sight on silent wings just as fast as she can be seen. The thick fog of the island plays a part in this of course, but she seemingly just de-materializes out of sight. She can be seen flying over Iron Sparta once in a while, potentially patrolling the city as a defensive parental behavior. Seeing as she has the capability to process deep emotion and understanding, she may know the danger that the city is in at all times, therefor keeping keen watch of it. As for the island itself, she has been observed taking resting stops among the Moonlit Peaks, not spooked by the nearby presence of RosaNaga. She has also been seen taking swift voyages over seas to Isla De Frio Brutal, possibly as a means to survey the landscape there for anything unusual.

Hunting Behavior:
The hunting behavior of Athena is very similar to the hunting strategies employed by birds of prey, particularly Owls, which use their silent wings to quickly snatch up prey without a trace. Athena will dive at her target, which will commonly be similar species to what Sobek is, with the inclusion of vegetation here and there, making Athena an omnivore. Once snatched, she will either carry her prey to a secluded area, or instead tear at the face with her pointed beak right there and then. Athena has a strange obsession with devouring the eyes of her prey, possibly as a delicacy for her food options, or so as a means to leave them helpless before she consumes the rest. The violence of this hunting method is not too out of pocket for her however, as she ultimately is just an oversized bird of prey after all. She has been seen using this eyeball hunting method on Cicatrix as well, but will spit out the eyes instead of chewing on them.

Aggressive Behavior:
Athena doesnt exactly show aggression, but instead shows distress through the formation of her feathers. If they are displayed in a messy, unbrushed style, she is agitated by something, usually because she cannot resolve the issue herself and requires assistance. Although its rare to see this, its not unheard of. As for violent tendencies, Athena seems uncapable of such emotions, but will fight dirty if the need calls for it, without making a sound. When it comes to territorial disputes, Athena seems to have a pass from most APEXs, including Sobek. Its unclear if she does that through her feather manipulation or the APEX's just understand her docile nature is no threat.

Association:

While she is a "work smart, not hard" type of creature, she has ties with all the APEX's, carrying some form of relation with all of them enough to be seen as no threat. Her symbiosis with Sobek however is miraculous in its science. The ability to calm down the most dangerous organism on the entire planet is no easy feat, yet she has found a way to tame the beast. While there is no romantic relation between the two, its clear their bond goes beyond just simple mutal benefit, possibly in the way a brother and sister might act towards one another. If Athena were to get caught up in a dangerous situation by an aggressive APEX, she would release a potent chemical thats tuned to Sobeks scent, acting as a form of S.O.S to get him for help. Sobek in turn will viciously fight the aggressor on her behalf, before being calmed down after the engagement is done. Its truly a beautiful thing they share, and it allows the world to keep on moving forward without chaos. While she is not as close with other APEX's, she holds a special liking to Big Bull, sometimes perching on his frilled growth as he grazes. She also holds a special behavior towards Areos, but it is seen as a more cautionary display, possibly as a fear. If the two were to get into a fight, Areos does have an advantage over her, which must explain her concerns. Despite Areos's provoking nature, he would not dare get on Sobeks bad side, as he understand the punishment that would soon follow with it.
