Description
The Fall of The AegisDuring the construction of Iron Sparta, The Borealis, and starships like it were on cruise above the atmosphere of Carnivorsum. One such starship was utilized with supplying cargo and resources for the voyage below. This ship was named The Aegis, and on it were the machines which produced crafting droids, which were essential for the plans of Iron Sparta. Along with crafting droid machinery were a large batch of cryo chambered Lancers, awaiting their deployment once available to. The Aegis supplied the Borealis with the tools needed to begin colonization on Isla De Titan, and was successful in doing so. After the initial collonization went as planned, the Aegis was assigned to hover Carnivorsum again, where it was later called fourth again, after the tragic events of Omega-2000's first encounter.
With Iron Sparta in flames and debris, The Aegis supplied just enough crafting droids to repair the damages done to the city, quickly resolving the destruction caused by RepTilicuS. Shortly after this emergency, the Aegis was mysteriously shot out of the sky, where it landed on an island north of Isla De Titan. Communication with the Aegis was lost, and the crew aboard the starship were all missing. The whereabouts of the Aegis were unknown at the time, and there was no real way to track where the ship may have landed. After months of searching dense jungles and oceanic depths, the wreckage of the Aegis was discovered, and along with it was an unknown entity. What happened aboard the Aegis was the first of Silvitons encounter with the Daemorhast. These ravenous aliens had sent out a scouting party, destined with investigating the commotion of Carnivorsum, and were quick to respond when they sensed suitable prey. After crashing directly into the hull of the Aegis, Cicatrix Drones quickly began hunting within the Aegis, killing the crewmates onboard. Leading this scouting pack was Incubael, who sought to turn the Aegis into a laboratory, and a gateway for daemorhast kind to communicate. After the Aegis violently crash landed, the island was quickly transformed into a giant fleshy hive, which covered itself in a toxic cloud of gasses, which could kill anything that wasnt Daemorhast. This conquest was all too important for Incubael, as it allowed him access directly to the cryochamber of all the frozen Lancers, who were now host for Incubaels experimentation. It was because of the Lancers that Incubael was able to make the newly improved Cicatrix creatures which invaded Isla De Titan.
The Island which now nest the Daemorhast and the Aegis is classified as " Sinners Gateway" and now acts as a home base for the Daemorhast to keep applying pressure on the W.H.A's. With that toxic cloud protecting it, not even RepTilicuS can bring the fight directly to the base, leaving the Daemorhast to forever have chance to keep swarming. The only possible way to destroy the nest is to head into the heart of the hive, and detonate a powerful explosive, which would require footsoldiers to get in and out, alive. The hive is heavily protected by Apex Cicatrix, and also contains the feared UrsiDae'Goth, awaiting its chance to begin another conquest. Within the core of this island also contains the sleeping Daemos, who will one day awake to partake in the destruction of Isla De Titan. As long as Sinners Gateway is still alive and breathing, the W.H.A are at odds with the gruesome production power of the Daemorhast brood
