Suberb thing! Not only its is wonderfully detailed, but it also keeps right contrasts and right composition - here on dA people tend to lose themself in the details and forget how does the piece looks from a distance - this is great at both distances. Also, I'd like to draw vegetation like that someday - great stuff. Very nice, delicate and wonderful piece.

I love how she is part of her natural surroundings, how she is growing with them. She kind of reminds me of the nymph, Daphne.

Delicate. I'm glad that there are people, who can resist the most obvious temptations and contemporary/commercial genre imageries. This touches the heart of an old friend of late 19th century and early 20th century illustrators.

It is incredibly beautiful! I like all the details and the atmosphere it comunicates... I also love how she is 'changingin' a plant... it reminds some ancient greek mithology such as Daphne...

This is such a lovely piece of artwork!! I love the way you integrated the woman and the tree into a a single character! The little rat is adorable...yeah, I like rats..all creatures infact! What did you use for your mediums?

It's basic pen-and-ink (Winsor & Newton peat brown ink, mixed with black ink, with an ordinary dip pen). The paper is Canson Mi-Teintes in Sand colour.
