AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHSo I worked on this huge massive thing for two weeks
finished it Sunday
posting it now
HAPPY 4/13, HOMESTUCK!
So um.
Prospit was really annoying to draw, Derse was significantly less annoying because I just copied/flipped/colorchanged it's counterpart. But still, not an easy thing to draw.
And I didn't use any special brushes for the background or bloodstains or anything, did that all by hand. I feel I can be proud of myself for this.
And I apologize in advance for any and all fuckups in anatomy/accuracy/shading/everything else that could possibly be wrong here. I am not perfect and I don't pretend to be.
AND. And I am extremely sorry for leaving Eridan and Feferi out. They are both glorious and amazing but trying to squeeze them in looked awkward. No luck for sea trolls. 0_0
I would've had every character in here if I could, but that would just be cramped and weird there is no way my puny teenage mind could handle it. Maybe some other time.
So enjoy this odd tribute thingy I cooked up just for you, Homestuck fans. I tried to make it look as spectacular as possible, but we all know nothing could ever measure up to the source material. : o)

Dude. Just... dude. I wish I read Homestuck so I could give you a more meaningful comment, but... I'll just comment on the art itself.
All the detail you put into this... It just looks amaziiiiiiiing. The background is really snazzy and eye-catching, and that blood is pretty boss. The composition is really pleasing to the eye, and the poses are all interesting.
This is seriously awesome. Seriously. When I find time, I gotta read Homestuck so I can see what prompted such an obsession worthy of this piece of awesome. <3

What is Homestuck?
To put it simply, it's the story of four kids playing a beta with ridiculous risks and consequences.
It's a ridiculously long comic/flash game that's basically a mishmash of great characters, and interesting story, witty dialogue, and basically everything that is cool. It's confusing, insane, complicated, and one of the best things I've ever stumbled upon on the internet.
I highly recommend it to anyone with a lot of patience, it starts out really slow.

This is a pretty awesome piece of HS fanart. I think the time it took you to do it was definitely worth it.
But, like everyone else, I do love it. I really like the fadey background, and I also love the shading. If I was to give some critique though, I think you know that your faces need to vary a bit more. If it wasn't for the hair, etc, all of the characters (especially the kids, sorry) to look the same.
But, apart from that, I think its amazing. I especially love how you do hands. *jealous xD*

This turned out to be as awesome looking as I thought it would. Excellent job. I really like the way you almost made it in layers, and the transition is so smooth and colorful. Again, great stuff, keep it up.
