Alright. I guess I should explain this...but honestly, how does one explain chaos? As I mentioned in a recent journal entry I've finally started watching the new MLP series (thanks to some friends who kept suggesting it) Long story short, Discord really amuses me. I like weird...and I like villains. So I guess it's not surprising that he appeals to me.

Socks seems to be enjoying himself. He likes madness (and in case you were wondering...yes, his cutie mark is a pair of socks XD) That lopsided frame around the picture was NOT intentional...but I left it since it seemed to fit so well.

PS: This is only the second time I've ever attempted to draw Discord. I'm aware some things look deformed. Xp

HAHAHA!! Oh Discord, you crazy creature you! This is awesome! I started watching MLP awhile ago, and at first i couldn't get enough! But after I started watching a bunch of pony artists and looked through SO MUCH FAN ART (I was addicted!), I kinda got over my pony craziness! haha! I still have a little Fluttershy toy right by my computer though!

I'm pretty addicted right now...and I tried SO hard to not get swept up in this fandom, too. Confound these ponies! (I need this shirt: [link] ) Fluttershy is my favorite of the main group (ironically I always seem to get her on "what pony are you" tests etc XD) and now after having seen "Keep Calm and Flutter On" I love her (and Discord too) even more

you're definitely not alone in that respect, although i have no idea. never saw the show before. not even back in the 80's. XD

the closest i ever got was that video you showed me about ... XDDDD hahahahahahaha wow that was ... XD something else.

oh there's a whole "series" of those (the APPLE.MOV is my favorite ) They're seriously warped, like My Little Pony meets Ren and Stimpy...uncensored. XD Honestly some of it's just plain gross but some of it's funny. I'm strange I had ponies as a kid, they were really the only "girly" toys I had (I HATED dolls and barbies, I only ever played with animal figurines...and ponies were animals so they didn't bother me XD) Most of mine were "boys" even if they were actually girls, I just liked playing boy characters more.
