Happy... Sunday? *checks calendar* Yeah, that's right. Hope everyone is doing well and staying safe out there! I've been on somewhat of a coloring spree and am actually getting quite a few of my older sketches finished at last. There's something relaxing and a little mind numbing about it, which is good for my anxiety. That's not to say I haven't been sketching too but I'm kinda content to be lost in the land of colored pencils right now. Anyways! These were originally drawn last summer and I always planned to color them but y'know how it goes. The concept was to show my own take on an older (in this case more of a teenage) Kit after being a bit, uh... disappointed by the design the DuckTales reboot has in store for him. Yes, he has his scarf on under that snazzy aviator jacket -- you all know where my loyalties lie.

Since I'm unsure how soon I'll have my next "sketch dump" up I thought I'd also share a sneak peek of one of those upcoming scribbles: sta.sh/01ycyqk3xafj Baloo is meant to be on the other end of that cutlass but he's being a real fly in my personal ointment and I'm still nitpicking at his pose. For now just imagine here's there and Karnage is uh... teaching him how to social distance! Well, that's one way to make people stay 6 feet away from you. Maybe I should invest in a cutlass of my own. Actually this is a scene from something else but I'm not the spoilering type. Now look, I don't share my WIPs at this stage too often so... be grateful! Nah, I'm kidding. Just be safe and wash your hands, damnit. More colorful things coming soon-ish.
