I like to challenge myself in weird ways, for example drawing in a moving car on a bumpy road...so drawing in the dark? Sure, bring it on! Last night we had the power go out for three and a half hours...on the coldest night of the year no less, not fun. But before the house started to freeze and I had to tunnel under ten blankets and four dogs I decided to try and draw by flashlight and candlelight. In reality the flashlight I had was much smaller and it was really straining my eyes to see but damnit I did it! Sort of.

I do this when suffering from insomnia. Get my flashlight out and draw. You think you're torch is bad? Mine almost switches itself off and then reboots and blinds me...

I know what it's like to draw in the dark. Not much fun. I also know what it feels like to have a power outage during a cold winter day. That also isn't much fun. Anyways, Socks looks so cute here! ;v;

Wow! This is amazing! Did you do a drawing in the dark about drawing in the dark? 
For me candlelight is worse for drawing and writing, because it is unstable and too flickering. I prefer a flashlight, but without too high intensity of brightness.

Yep! I just couldn't resist. XD Yeah candles make it hard and honestly the flashlight I was using was so tiny and the light was so dim it didn't help much. Ah well, still had fun with it! XD Thanks!!
