Description
This is a drawing of a blue iguana. Iguanas are a genus of herbivorous lizards that can be found in tropical areas of the Caribbean, Mexico, Central and South America, but this species is only found in the Caribbean island of Grand Cayman. It's an endangered species, with only about fifteen individuals recorded in 2003, but a few hundred captive bred iguanas were released in the wild from 2004. However, they're still endangered despite these efforts. During the mating season, they get even bluer than they usually are.
