Description Hello everyone. I'm SofiaBlythe2014. It's time for another Miles From Tomorrowland bomb. Let's start.

1. Galactech: The Galactech Grab

Writers: Sascha Paladino & Len Uhley

Director: Michael Deadalus Kenny

Date: August 1, 2016

Synopsis: "Gadfly steals the Galactech globe."

I never would've expected an episode of the show to give a moral about justifying trickery, but it can be done pretty well, as shown right here. This episode involves Gadfly's ship breaking down, and not having a powerful enough source to get it running. When he hears about how the Callistos have the Galactech orb, he steals it, and plans to return it to his home planet. Anything with Galactech is always a plus in my book, but that's not the only one. Given that Gadfly is a master thief, the Callistos resort to acting sneaky like him to get the Galactech orb. The justification for using dirty tricks works better since it's only as a last resort, and because they're taking it back from Gadfly, who's a clear villain here. Not only that, it's also shown that his own species has standards given that he was initially banished for taking from his own planet. It makes the moral much stronger since it shows how you should do what you can to get what you need. Also, Gadfly is as hilarious as ever.

2. Galactech: An Admiral Rescue

Writer: Lisa Kettle

Director: Jeff McGrath

Date: August 1, 2016

Synopsis: "The Callisto family must rescue Admirals Watson and Crick."

You ever wanted to see the show take on James Bond? If you did, then this episode is for you. Let me explain. This episode involves Admirals Watson and Crick accidentally trapping themselves in the basement of the new security system for the Tomorrowland Transit Authority. The Callistos are sent to rescue them due to their experience, but the advanced security system keeps getting to them. The plot is fairly straightforward, but the characters are right on track considering the plot is kicked off by slight goofiness, not moronic behavior. There's also a rather interesting moral on knowing your environment, and playing around with it. The security system acts like a chess master, one that's pretty much emotionless and only follows commands. That makes for quite the antagonist. The Callistos use their knowledge and skill of the area to avoid the security, even when it gets them at every turn. They don't let it distract them, and rightfully focus on the mission, which is always a plus.

3. Galaxias Quest

Writer: Sascha Paladino

Director: Michael Deadalus Kenny

Date: August 8, 2016

Synopsis: "Miles discovers a new level of Galaxias."

The formula for the best episodes of the show really push forth the heart and entertainment, which this episode utilizes extremely well. This episode involves Miles winning Level X, a new level inside his Galaxias game. He and MERC are sent by The Game Master, the woman who invented the game system, to rescue her dog Grace, who's trapped on the planet Lumaro. This may seem like a rehash of the episode "Game On", but it not only stands on its own, but it resonates much deeper in meaning. There's a line at the beginning of the episode about how you can apply your hobbies into your missions. Miles' experience in the game helps him to navigate Lumaro in order to rescue Grace. The relationship aspect comes into play where Miles and MERC combine their skills when a special fog stops the latter's rockets from working. The overall moral is about using your experiences and relationships with others to navigate through difficult moments in your life. If that's not impressive, then I don't know what is.

4. Galactech: Mission To The Sun

Writers: Sascha Paladino & Ron Hosley

Director: Sue Perroto

Date: August 8, 2016

Synopsis: "The Callisto family must save Stella."

When it comes to show, science is the name of the game. Of course, it's always played around with, like right here. This episode involves Miles and his dad working on a special probe to test the effects of the sun's solar flares in order to keep other ships safe when passing by. Stella is asked to power it up since she has a lot of technical power. However, this soon backfires when she gets lost in the depths of the sun, and the Callistos have to rescue her. This episode is all about trial and error, and how you shouldn't endanger the lives of others for the sake of science. For this to work, Miles has to be likable, which he fortunately is. What makes it work is that his behavior comes from being misguided and not seeing the possible consequences. At no point does he act like an idiot. In fact, he's very proactive in trying to get Stella back, an not acting like a lazy bum. The danger feels very real, but it still feels safe enough to not scar anyone. The humor is of course clever and precise. It's a perfect way to finish summer.

5. The First Day Of Galactic School

Writer: Sascha Paladino

Director: Sue Perroto

Date: September 24, 2016

Synopsis: "Miles and Loretta attend the first day of school."

I've always wondered when the show would take on a school plot. The result is worth it. This episode involves Miles and Loretta on their first day of galactic school, alongside Mirandos, Haruna, Blodger, and a new student named Darrah. However, Blodger thinks school won't turn out well for him. This is obviously a pro-education episode, and the angle they go with it is quite interesting. Said angle is about how it's not as scary as you think. Given that Blodger is known for being innocent, but misguided it makes perfect sense he'd be apprehensive about school. It also helps that this school is hands on in its lessons. With all this in mind, we have an episode that delivers a well executed moral on how facing your fears head on can make any challenge worth it. Good job Mr. Paladino.

6. Miles Underwater

Writer: Lisa Kettle

Director: Jeff McGrath

Date: September 24, 2016

Synopsis: "The Stellosphere is flooded."

They say that family bonds are as thick as blood, no matter what happens. That applies quite nicely here. This episode involves Leo watering some vegetables in the garden with a new device he made. Miles cranks up the device to water the plants faster, but this results in the Stellosphere being flooded. Obviously, the moral of the episode is about not rushing a good thing, but that's not the whole story. Miles has good intentions on his end, and was just unaware of the consequences that could come about from it. He acted on impulse, not stupidity. The problem is eventually resolved when everyone works together, and they're not mad at him. They just wanted him to ask them. Simply put, the episode is about how family will be their for support, even when you mess up big time. That's a pretty nice lesson for kids.

All in all, we have another great batch of episodes. Let's keep it up.

Here is the cast for the episodes.

Miles: Story time! 😆 I remember that. Well, sort of, Blodger was nervous about his first day. And I offered - with Merc of course - to help him with his first day. I forgot the rest of the day... But I remember that at the end, he was having fun. 😊
