Reaching the roof, I see that Turquoise is gone. Our native thoughtspeak is close by line of sight and neither applies here. Luckily I have that six league gemstone and -

I did have it when I was plummeting to my near death so it must have come off when I crashed into those sacks of flour. Time for an alternative, what Sandra would call Plan B.
Heading down the stairs, Rhonda hasn't moved.
She won't be needing her sword.
Just in case someone shows up, I grab it. May come in handy while I'm looking for that particular piece of amethyst...
