As the Threadmancer, making change to reality on its own is generally not that difficult. The challenge is to make things better and that includes considering the consequences of trillions of side effects. If something critical is overlooked, it could be dire for the galaxy and beyond. Consultation with the Teknomancer whose wisdom far exceeds her own is something she has come to rely on but with Monica's (the Teknomancer) responsibility to the Local Group of Galaxies, she is usually too busy to acknowledge her, never mind actually respond. She has to go it alone and the concept, one she is unfamiliar with, frightens her. And consults the program that Monica created for that purpose though she would rather speak with her wife directly...
