This one is amazing for many reasons, but what I love most about it is the contrast -- and I don't just mean between light and dark. There's also the contrast of sharpness and softness, texture and blur. It's wonderful.

This piece is really lovely, it reminds me of Christopher Shy's work, who just happens to be my alltime favorite artist.
My only complaint would be the fact that the background contains a lot more detail than the foreground, but that might have been a stylistic choice.
