But that's not for arms, that's for groove bones and shoulder bones, not for arms :/

But the link you send me is to create twist bones which have a cross, and the one my model have are different so maybe that's the problem :0 here's a screenshot:

And how can I fix it? I've tried deleting them and using bone plugin and it doesn't work T.T also I'm not sure she has that type of bones :0

The bone plugin doesn't cover arm twists last I check. You're gonna have to delete it and manually place a new one there.
It's what I do, anyways.

Huh ... well. I wish I could help. I would try messing around with the rigging but otherwise I'm out of options.

If you just delete all of the arm rotates, and reweight the arm. Then use the plugin youll be fine

the left shoulder is the one I've been trying to fix rerigging it but it seems it doesn't work/idk how to rig shoulders lol
