Hhhhhhvmjhgvzjgvj this was a roller coaster
The idea was to draw a new desktop background / Tumblr header, but... I've got very mixed feelings about this one. Parts of it I'm really proud of and others I'm... certainly not :'D (ran into a lot of problems as I was drawing it too, mostly to do with getting the dimensions wrong which I had to go back and fix hahaaaaa. Hah.)

Had a bit of a Gehrman Crisis™ halfway through it which didn't help either. I don't think my thoughts on any character have been turned on their head quite so suddenly and dramatically before-- (I actually really liked him, until I thought a bit too much about the whole Maria/doll situation and realised he's just... really creepy... Now I'm extremely conflicted ¬.¬)
But the others like Simon and Eileen and Gascoigne and Djura I still wholeheartedly love, so they make me feel better ;u; I want to draw them all again soon. They're all wonderful.

I also baaaaaaaadly need to practice colouring/shading and textures;;

BUT ENOUGH COMPLAINING I'm really happy with how Gascoigne, Eileen, Maria and the doll turned out. I'm also really pleased with the moon and the Moonlight Sword. They were fun~

I was surprised how different Ludwig looks when he's not drenched in blood. He's really fun to draw, but trying to find any half-decent references of him is maddening--
