She's hiding something
Always loved Celeste's character design. (Could be my love of Victorian and Gothic clothing, but she was a lovely character. Well, in design. Wasn't a fan of her overall coldness.)

The Gothic Lolita look has always been a favorite of mine, but it's rare that we see it taken to such an ostentatious degree as in the case of Celeste. The detail work of the lace, the ruffles on her dress and blouse. It all makes for such a lovely design.

another thing i loved about her is her hair! its so different and huge and SO hard to draw as well haha

Those twin drill curls of hers. I kind of liked her concept design/beta hair, personally. Though that one might have been just as difficult to draw O_OΒ
