For me his hair are to fair here (i get used to see him with hair as dark as eyes) but it's a detail XD

Very nice! Love the soft colours and shading coupled with the rough sketch strokes. Very cool style as well, excellent proportioning and face/hair without directly copying the anime/manga style; you make him in your own anime-realistic style, and it looks just as good! Well done. <3
