DESIGN TOS

Payment:
-Payments are via Paypal. (invoices can be done!)
-No refunds.
-You're allowed to resell, trade, and alter the design once sold. I'm fine with converting their palette into an already existing closed/open species. However, creating a closed/ open species based off a design I made isn't okay.
-Do not resell my designs higher than the original price unless there is commissioned/personal art attached to it. Be fair with personal art though.One small doodle w/ no coloring shouldn't raise the value.
