Description
This is Vic Mignona, with Madarao- or, as Mignogna refers to him, "Sperm Dog." It's a long story, and one had to be there in the room for Vic to tell the tale.Taken at Gaylord Hotel, National Harbor for Katsucon 17.

I still like your avi, Roy Mustang's my fave character from FMA. At Katsucon I went to Vic's Ouran panel and his song dubbing panel though, and those were awesome too.
