Invader ZIM The Movie: Invader DibFrom what I hear, this was a TV movie idea tossed around by the ZIM crew that would have been made as a closer to the series. Since the end came prematurely however, it was never made. Jhonen wanted to focus the series later on as an intergalactic chase between Dib and ZIM that would have come to a head in this movie. I made this DVD case as a sort of sequel to the Invader ZIM: The Game [link] and to see if I could improve upon the design; i.e. greater complexity and more depth. I think it came out just spendid! Now, if someone would just make the movie...

And you should print this out to scale and put it in a DVD case to fool people again! It also would look great in place of the "Special Features" disc in the ZIM house if you have one...

ya he's was supposed to only live 10 minutes with out his backpack that going to be and epi it said to end the whole Invader Zim thing by him not getting his backpack form Dib fast enough but they canceled it before he could air it...I saw the skript, it was done but the couldn't air it I was some what happy, not that they were canceled but that we don't know if Zim really died.....

Just thinking about what Invader ZIM could have become if n!ck bothered to pull their collective heads out of their rear gives me so much anger, but this DVD cover helps with the pain. It just looks so real and professional and allows a poor fan a good amount of fantasising, not to mention the detail and the delightful expressions you've given our favourite maniacs.
Also, I love that little JCV Goodstuffs logo. It makes me happy.

I remember reading about that, in a way I'm kinda glad the movie never came to fruition due to the premature canceling of the series because the movie ends with Zim dying

Which is one of the reason Nick made the series end for being to,Disgruntled,Like Adult's hurting Kids and Explosions being red(cause of 9-11),But this is very well done.

Yeah I read that somewhere online (Scary Monkey Show website? I can't remember exactly) after looking up information on the "Invader Dib" TV movie. But who knows, what with the way rumors spread on the internet it could have just been fan speculation of what would happen at the end of the episode 
And knowing Jhonen I honestly wouldn't be surprised about him trying to kill off one of his characters, I think he even tried to kill Dib off at one point in the series. Also this picture he drew is pretty but makes me weep: [link]

T_T this makes me want to cry. I had always wanted an invader zim movie, and as i was looking through these, i thought "HOLY SHIT!!! THERE REALLY IS ONE!" then i saw it was fake and then i crawled under my desk adn cried for three days before crawling back out. DX lol, awesome job, we should irritate jhonen into MAKING an INVADER ZIM MOVIE!!!
