Bio: Yin comes from a far off kingdom, where Reshiram is praised as a god and heroic being. She’s very faithful to her beliefs, and honours her kingdoms heritage, but they do not rule her life. She’s a very kind and energetic Marshadow, extremely friendly and does her best to make others feel happy.

She’s a very basic Marshadow, her defining feature being her really long, thin ponytail. She doesn’t untie it ever!

Yin’s clothing consists of many unique parts- all given to her when she became a Knight of Truth. She trained many years to become a part of the kingdoms best, and despite her being the lowest ranking knight, she strives to do her best for kingdom and truth. Despite being a ‘knight’, she’s definitely more close to a Kunoichi/ ninja.

She wears gold and silver armour, mainly the helmet and neck brace. Her cloak represents Reshirams shining tail.

Yin is always excitable, which can be her downfall sometimes- other pokemon in her kingdom saw her as childish, not taking her role seriously. She grew up happy though and others harsh words don’t really phase her. She’s just too damn happy to care!

Yin is also a lesbian- and absolutely adores girls. She falls in love far too easily- but longs for the day she can find a sweet girlfriend to spend the rest of her life with.

Saying that, her sensitive side comes out pretty often, and she isn’t afraid to cry, yet she’s only one cuddle away from cheering up.

She’s a lover of big events- festivals, bands, you name it! She loves to have big days out with friends- that is when she isn’t on a mission.

Yin’s roles as a knight is simple- protect the kingdom, venture forth and bring peace to the land. Despite her being quite religious, she doesn’t push her beliefs onto others and is more interested to learn of other religions. In the end Yin wants to fill the world with love, letting her enjoy the less knightly tasks such as helping citizens with daily problems.

Story: Yin grew up in the kingdom for many years, training to become a respected knight, her sole goal of wanting to bring peace and love to the world.

She trained hard, harder than any other- and yet still fell short for many years. With friends and family at her side, she was able to make her dream a reality.

She’d grow in recognition, helping many in the kingdom and even fighting back a few monstrous beasts. For her feats, she was awarded her Marshadium Z by the knight captain.
Sometime in the future, she sought to leave the kingdom and explore the world, wanting to help so many more pokemon. Eventually she’d learn of a dangerous pokemon going around harming other legendaries. To protect her kingdom and the shining Reshiram they looked up to, she left in order to find this mysterious pokemon...

Eventually she’d find the mysterious, dangerous pokemon- Another Marshadow, surprising to her, named Marax. He wore the pelt of a Yveltal, and sought some unimaginable power... She knew he was the culprit. Instead of approaching him like a villain, she approached him as a fellow traveller, seeking to accompany him and learn what he was up to-

The two would end up growing close, both felt more comfortable around their own species it seemed. Little did Marax know she was just playing a game with him.
Yin would meet many more faces on the way. Zerai, a Marshadow prince with the gift of Zeraora’s electrical prowess. A Mew turned to shadow, with an aching heart and no memory, she called him Xren. They would form a group and travel together.

Then a surprising turn of events would come forth- the discovery of a scroll detailing a land far beyond, the death of a zapdos, the realization of Marax’s intentions, and the betrayal and murder that followed.

Her friend gone, her life spared by... well even she’s unsure to this day. The scroll taken from her.
Yin- having memorized the scrolls location, would later rise from her dismay and go forth to find Marax, find that mystical land, and put an end to this once and for all. For her friends...

Combat: Yin is skilled in Close-Quarters-Combat, but is also deadly accurate with her Shadow Stars- a ghost type version of Water Shuriken basically. She's very efficient at dodging to, and is quite acrobatic in that regard, flipping and somersaulting away from danger!

Spectral Thief is of course used to steal stat buffs and boost herself with them. It also allows her to use her Z move ‘Soul-Stealing 7-Star Strike.
Shadow Stars is like a mix of swift and Water Shuriken- but a ghost move. She throws many Shadow Stars out, which are weak in damage but hit rapidly.

Force Palm is used to strike others hard and attempt to paralyze them, a move she uses frequently to capture bad pokemon.
Laser Focus simply allows her a moment to breathe, clear her head, and get right back into fighting with more consistant hits.

If she so desired- she could summon a Shadow Katana to fight, but fears that’s a bit too violent-
