Thanks, I wanted to learn how to make neon like text and shapes so i used the below tutorials to learn new techniques and then played around until i found styles i liked most. The above one was made using the basics of the top Tutorial but then running it through a solarization filter.

Thanks for the tutorials. I'll have to take a look later when I have a bit of time on my hands and have my new pc built. Won't be long now. I'm very excited. The hardest part has been in finding just the right box to put her in. She's got more than enough graphics rendering power and processing as well all built into one quad core chip, no lag whatsoever and I'm going to have a 1 gig graphics card on top of that and eight gigs of ram. She's gonna run like nobodies business. I'm also finally going to make the move to windows seven and paintshop x2 and I'm looking into some more art related programs I've been curious over but have never been able to use because they are ram hogs. I'll finally be able to play in Oblivion with no lag and New Vegas as sell. I'm curious. I already mentioned it but who would you ask that is knowledgeable about such things about finding a way to build a gateway between fallout three and New Vegas. I'm also interested in porting my characters between Oblivion and fallout. I know it is possible just the armor and weapons would have to be left behind. Imagine a Character from Oblivion suddenly finding herself in The ruins of Washington or New Vegas. It would have to be a human character of course unless you had some of those mods that placed elves and such in the game. Anyway this would really expand the game opportunities. One could have a character who traveled from one world to the next and possibly back again.
