Whoooo finally some adopts again.Any of these outfits can be given to OCs/characters of ANY gender, the gender of the model...mannequin...things is not important.

Could I buy Snowy Penguin and Satisfied in Stripes? Both as is, since I'm not quite sure how I want the colors to be yet. Been eying the both of them since they've been posted, but indecisiveness struck again.

Sent! I used to love CYOP stuff, but now I tend to shy away unless it has either a "do it yourself later" or a "maker picks the colors" option because palettes are hard. There's a very good reason I have various palette sites bookmarked.

I haven't been groggy, but had an optometrist appointment this morning, and so my eyes were reeeeaaally irritated and I got reeeeaaaally grumpy.

Bleh. Last time I went to an optometrist, it was to get contacts for the first time. I was learning how to get them out and all, and apparently, the right contact fell out the first attempt. Nobody noticed. I proceeded to scratch futilely at my eye for about 15-20 minutes before the optometrist put a light up to my eye and finally noticed there was nothing there.
...I may have rage-eaten half a box of Krispy Kremes after that.
There's a very good reason I haven't tried to color traditionally in some time. No matter how many colors I get, it never seems like enough. You should see me when I work on outfit customs or the like, honestly. About... 40% of the time on average, sometimes less, is the actual design process. The rest is deciding just the right colors. And that's when they're semi-defined for me.

That sounds so bad DX Wouldn't blame you with the rage eating things, after my appointment today I got my mom to drive me to Popeye's and I bought us lunch XD
Today's appointment was with a glaucoma specialist, because my regular optometrist people thought i had glaucoma because of tests and pressures in my eye or something. The specialist says I don't, and that the weird pressures are just normal for my eyes, he thinks. The sucky part was, for this test, they get something very very very close to your eye white it is open to check for something, and I am HORRID with thing near and/or in my eyes, which is why I will never get contacts. The numbing drops stung like fire because my eyes were dry, and on the last attempt that the tech made with one machine before going to get another, it actually kinda jabbed my eye, so then the dilation drops stung really badly...then two more machines in my eyes, with another round of numbing drops, and the last machine took like...five tries on my left eye because I couldn't stop blinking, which you aren't supposed to do. Noooot fun.
Yeah, colors take me a really long time too, although with me it's usually because the person wasn't specific enough. "I'd like blue for the hair." I have eighteen blues can you be slightly more specific please >v>

Oi. I wish we had a Popeye's around here. The saying goes with our town that if you take a map of the area and draw an hour-long trip's worth circle around the town, anything you want will be outside that circle. It's a right pain getting decent food around here.
Eugh. I had to force myself to get better at it due to needing stage makeup multiple times a year. These days, I'm pretty decent about it, but I used to blink when things were like... not even remotely close to my eyes. I still use my glasses when I don't have to go out in public. The contacts are just more of a personal preference thing, I s'pose.
Pfft. Whenever I used to use my colored pencils, I'd have to put a piece of scrap paper nearby for that exact purpose. "Let's see, I want that shirt to be red... That's a little too scarlet... That's red orange... That's more like a maroon..." Continue for some arbitrary amount of time, with literally every single color I required. That's the other reason I stopped coloring traditionally, cause that took me a metric fuckton of time.
Lining is sucky. I need to sketch/line a couple reference sheets soon enough, but I've been stalling because of that exact reasoning.

I'm going to Popeye's as much as I can during Winter Break, because there isn't one where I go to college.
I don't think I'll ever get used to it, seeing as I never deal with it in regular life. Which most people would say means I need to do it more often, but just so painful. ;n;
