Description
Groboto, Incendia 1.3It needs more rendering but, 300 hours is enough...way too many polygons...

Wow man! You need a time machine! Great work though, nicely placed 3d shapes and shadows. Will Incendia just render on into infinity if you let it? Personally, I think it's a very cool program and the price can't be beat.

Thank you very much!
H G Wells did hide his dam time machine so the render in this one was close to eternal.

Welcome to the olymp! My render experiment was "TITANIC", but
i didn't count the days. To me as a consument - your render
was worth it...

Awesome as always.... is Incendia actually able to render things quicker?

Thanks!
With this design I used a very heavy form from groboto and multiplied several times, so is extra heavy.
My regular work well rendered could take about 32 hours, and my stuff most of the times is already heavy in shapes and polygons

Eeee 32 hours.... my wife would kill me - and my son would turn off the computer midway through... can something be rendered in, say 6 hours... like a long apo render??

It can be done, of course, the thing is I am a very complicated person...ha ha ha
See what Juniae and aureliuscat are doing daily, great pieces and some of them in short renderings.
I render when I go to bed o not at home. That is why I bought a laptop for my wifw and son... peace on earth!

Ahhhh.... after trying Groboto again and giving Incendia another look I think Groboto will be the one to satisfy my urge to make strange 3d things. Incendia's interface is catastrophically dull and impenetrable, the preview took forever to load, it was hard to see what I was doing and when I tried to produce something there was no indication of how much of the render was left to do, just a spinning capstan. And 300 hours for a complex render? Sounds like it is woefully unoptimised, or just uses a very complicated method of interest to mathematicians maybe, but not to me
I'm indebted to you and your work for showing my Groboto, its the most fun I've had from my computer for a long time...thank you!

¡¡Mecachis!! Si seré tonta
Aún no he mirado si tenía notas y me llamó la atención el título, pero ... me dije "igual si pregunto va a pensar que soy más creída que Paris Hilton"
Y decidí no preguntar
(pero te prometo que busqué en "Google", a ver si había algún significado en algún idioma para "Llaras"
)
Glups

Ouch!! is right. When I thought it was getting there, another shape or more ghost shapes start appearing on the fractal... and what the hell... let's render and see how far it will go.
Thanks!

I have experienced the exact same thing - Just when you think it's finishing, more stuff starts appearing. Also, I have images where one part takes forever to fill in - I am currently running an experiment on one piece to see how long it will take to satisfactorily finish - Over 600 hours so far!

God bless your machine!
Patience is a virtue but I don't have the time...
I stopped after a month in a half, flipped a coin in the air and now my PC is resting a little bit more at nights.
Take care
