History:

Kithood: Featherkit was born to Talltail, a Moonclan warrior and Barley, a random rogue Talltail met in the mountains. Featherkit was an accidental birth and was told by her mother, before her death during her birth, however as she was really young, she does no remember the words she had been told. Her father was alerted by a patrol who did not wish to come and see his daughter: also stating that she was no more than an accident and he had no relationship with Talltail, Featherpaw's mother. When she had opened her eyes, everyone were quite shocked: she was blind. Featherkit had no choice but to thrive on her own, without her eyes to see. It proved difficult, but she soon learned how to rely on her other senses, instead of sight. Most of the kits in the nursery, as well as the apprentices, helped her to that point. Despite all the help she got, which of course she was grateful for, she spent most of her time alone, sitting outside sunning herself or in the elder's den, listening to their tales. When the time came, she became an apprentice, with the name Featherpaw.

Apprenticeship: Featherpaw was given Wolfsong as her mentor. She found it hard to train due to her inability to see but kept that weakness to one side and continued her training like it wasn't a problem. She eventually became good friends with Batwind and the deputy Ashblaze, as well as Ashey's brother Flintwish. After a fox took the life of Batwind away from Moonclan, her independence left her with panic the moment she stepped outside with no cat at her side. Since his passing she spent alot more time with Flintwish and soon developed a slight crush on the grey tom. That crush....soon grew large enough for the two to be developed into love. The two never left each other's side, finding comfort in one another. Their love was find out through a song of the birds and like the Phoenix itself, their passion for each other was on fire.

Very soon the grey tabby gained her warrior name: Feathernose: Feather: for her calm nature and light paws on the ground due to no sight
Nose: for her sensitive sense of smell
She enjoyed spending even more time with Flintwish, going out on walks or singing out in the open with just the company of each other and the sound of nature. All the clans soon moved into the caves before they eventually moved to the desert. Feathernose spent most of her time down in the caves. Very soon she found out together with Flintwish, that she was expecting his kits.
